Healthy Tai Chi Motion offers beginning and intermediate classes in Tai Ch Fundamentals® and TCF® Adapted Program with Optional Support and Seated Versions; Cheng Man-Ch'ing's traditional 37-posture Tai Chi Chuan form; and ROM Dance--a range of motion exercise and relaxation program.
